The option scheme process

Authorise the scheme
We'll manage the process to authorise your new scheme (and pool if necessary), including online signatures and the Intelligent Data Room managed on our platform.

Generate EMI valuation paperwork
HMRC requires a valuation within the 90 days prior to issuing EMI shares, we generate this and the related HMRC forms for submission to HMRC.

Flexible vesting styles
At the individual option holder level, you have full flexibility to tailor vesting terms - choosing from time-based, performance-conditional or exit-only vesting structures.

Grant share options
We'll gather all the signatures and your option holder will have access to all the required documentation in our Intelligent Data Room.

Partially or fully exercise share options
Given your exercise conditions, at any point you can choose to exercise some or all of an option holder's options.

Rinse and repeat
Once you've authorised the scheme, you can repeat steps 2 to 5 as required for ongoing management.
