Every Founder agrees to FounderCatalyst’s Terms & Conditions when they sign up and needs to re-agree when they change .

Click to read the current T&Cs (as at 14th October 2026).

You can read the latest and any previous T&Cs you have agreed to by following these steps:

  1. Click the three dots next to your name.
  2. Select My account settings.
  3. Open the Terms and conditions tab and download the PDF.
