  3. Law firms will typically not opine on tax matters - in short, you'll need to instruct an accountant to undertake these items, at additional cost. We've seen quotes of £3,000 for accountants to undertake advance assurance alone, though the average fee is around £400.
  4. BVCA documents are considered 'market standard' in the UK and are used in more funding rounds than any other paperwork.
