Knowledge Base: Calendar Reminder Feature

We’ve introduced a Calendar Reminder feature to help you stay on top of critical filing deadlines and tasks — all from within the platform.

Where to Find It

• Navigate to the Information tab in the left-hand menu.

• Under this section, you’ll now find access to Calendar.

How It Works

• The system will automatically notify you when there are upcoming actions or compliance tasks to complete (e.g., filing SH01 forms, submitting EMI options returns, etc.).

• These notifications will prompt you to add a reminder to your calendar for future tracking.

Flexible Calendar Views

You can view your reminders in several formats, depending on your preference:

• Week View
• Month View
• Year View
• List View – shows all tasks and their due dates

Mark Tasks as Complete

As you complete tasks, simply mark them as completed within the platform. This helps you:

• Track your progress
• Avoid duplicate work
• Keep your calendar clean and up-to-date

Calendar Integration Options

To make tracking even easier, reminders can be synced with your personal or work calendar. We currently support the following integration options:

• Google Calendar
• Apple Calendar
• Outlook
• Yahoo Calendar
• General iCal link (for use with any calendar app that supports iCal)
