Some details cannot be edited after an invite has been sent. Once a shareholder or investor completes onboarding, they can update their own profile.
After a funding round is completed, your cap table becomes locked to protect record integrity.
Company details must match your official Companies House records.
If documents are already in signing, you will need to cancel signing before updating certain information (e.g. bank details or investment details).
Most common updates
Change my name, address, email, signature or password → Your Account Settings
Update company name, address or bank details → Company Section
Fix shareholder details or remove a shareholder → Cap Table
Check whether someone has accepted their invite → People Section
Edit funding round or investor details → Funding Round

Navigate to the relevant tab within My Account Settings:
Click Save after making changes.
If you receive a password error, your current password may be incorrect - use the Forgot Password link to reset it.
