Most often you will see "All documents that require your signature are already complete", because the company is authorising a funding round or option scheme or similar.

To authorise these actions, the company requires 75% of voting shareholdings to sign a special shareholder resolution and/or 50% of voting shares owned by Investors to sign Investor Consents.  We emailed all shareholders / investors to do so and by the time you logged in, the required threshold was already achieved.
